What to eat and drink in the Venetian Riviera
No Venetian Riviera holiday would be complete without sampling a refreshing aperitif known as Prosecco, the local sparkling wine. Light white Pinot Grigio is the perfect accompaniment to pasta or seafood. Don't miss the chance to try the authentic hors d'oeuvres at a Venetian osteria. Enjoy a cycle ride along the canals and country lanes in the Cavallino national park. It's a relaxed and tranquil way to see many of the historic villages and delightful market gardens Aqualand Waterparc in Jesolo.
Visit the beautiful cathedral at Caorle which was built was built in 1038. Caorle itself is a coastal town in the province of Venezia, Veneto, located between the estuaries of the Livenza and Lemene rivers.
