The aptly named Sol-a-Gogo at St-Hilaire-de-Riez is the ideal parc for families who love to sunbathe and relax on the beach. The modern bar is fun and lively too, especially when July and August come around. Plus the bustle of the village of Les Mouettes, part of the St Jean de Monts holiday resort, is close to hand too.

Please take conventional lycra-style trim swimwear, though these can usually be purchased locally.
