The best self catering holiday homes
To get the best out of the great outdoors, there's no doubt that we all relax better amidst home from home comforts in a cool, spacious and contemporary environment. It's the high standard of our mobile homes that really sets us apart from the competition, and wherever you go you'll enjoy the same excellent level of self catering accommodation.
Forget about draughty tents or poky hotel rooms, with our holiday homes you get two or three bedrooms, so there's plenty of space for everyone and all their stuff. Inside you'll find essential luxuries like air conditioning, power showers and modern designer kitchens. Outside, stretch out on your own decked veranda and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings over a few drinks and a barbecue with family or friends.
Luxe decking package
Upgrade your mobile home with our luxe decking package giving you a canopy and cushions for outdoor chairs, from just £2 per day at most of our holiday parks. Luxe decking is not available at: Cambrils park, le vieux port, yelloh! village le brasilia, yelloh! village le club beach farret, le grand metairie, le conguel, parc des alicourts, eden, europa silvella, le pianacce, i pini, union lido, pra delle torri, marina di venezia and bi village.
Parc life
You'll only find us on top-ranked campsites in europe, each specially selected for their mix of incredible pools, superb facilities, tasty eateries, impeccable organisation and, of course, wonderfully relaxed holiday atmosphere.
Parc sizes vary hugely, but all offer essentials like on-site shops, take-aways and laundry facilities. You'll find children's play areas and there's always a friendly bar for a morning cappuccino or evening ice-cream (or something a bit stronger). Plus there's controlled entry to ensure only fellow residents can enjoy the exclusive freedom of their parc.
Our large and lively parcs are action-packed with wild water parks, exciting evening shows, spectacular sports and events are particularly popular with families with turbo-charged kids. On a more chilled out note, many of our parcs offer fitness and relaxation facilities like gyms and spas to indulge in a little well deserved pampering. We also offer small and friendly parcs in stunning settings which offer a more laid back holiday scene for families with young children or couples wanting a relaxed base from which to explore.

Location, location, location
Another key criteria for selecting our parcs, is their location. You'll find us in some of the most beautiful settings in Europe, taking in beaches, countryside, mountains and lakes. Some parcs are located in holiday resorts or bustling local towns, so you'll have amenities like shops, restaurants and nightlife close by. Other parcs enjoy a more rural location, so you'll have loads of space and tranquillity.
Wherever your Al Fresco holiday takes you, you'll never be far from loads of things to do. You can explore thriving towns and villages packed full of gorgeous things to eat, drink and take home and treasure. Thrill-seekers will love theme parks and aqua parks packed full of rides and slides. There's lashings of local history and culture to lap up, or just enjoy the simple pleasure of a day at the seaside.
How to get there
Whichever parc you choose, we've got loads of ways of getting you there.
We include a free low season, off peak, mid week Dover to Calais or Dover to Dunkerque ferry crossing in the price of your holiday, so you can pack up your car with all your gear (including the kids' must have toys and favourite breakfast cereal if necessary) and take a quick hop across the Channel. Alternatively choose a longer ferry crossing where you can take a proper break and enjoy excellent onboard facilities like restaurants, entertainment and comfy cabins. Either way, you have the freedom to stop whenever you like and make getting there part of the adventure.
Some love the ease of jumping on a plane and hiring a car at the other end. Or if you prefer to let someone else do the driving when you arrive, there are plenty of parcs where pre-bookable transfers are available or that are located close to public transport links. Because our holidays are totally flexible, you can arrive any day of the week, for any duration, which is great for making the most of low-cost flight options

Accommodation: you'll find consistently high quality accommodation wherever you stay with Al Fresco. Unlike some of our competitors, all mobile homes are fitted with decking as standard (paved patio at Union Lido). Your mobile home is fully equipped to allow you to whip up culinary delights and relax in comfort, see inventory
Free ferry pass - We include a free low season, off peak, mid week Dover to Calais or Dover to Dunkerque ferry crossing at nil supplements for one car and passengers in the price of your holiday. Fantastic parc facilities: Depending on where you choose, you'll find kids clubs, swimming pools, playgrounds, discos, sports facilities and more. As mentioned above, the range of activities and facilities offers varies greatly from parc to parc. Please note that some activities and facilities carry a local charge.
Al Fresco Kidz Club: At Sanguli (Costa Dorada, Spain), Chateau des Ormes (North Brittany, France), Clarys Plage (Vendee, France) and Marina di Venezia (Venetian Riviera, Italy). Children aged 4 to 12 years old can join in the fun at our exclusive Al Fresco children's club absolutely FREE!
The services of your Al Fresco representative: Our highly trained reps are familiar with your accommodation and the local area to ensure that your holiday goes smoothly. Friendly, but unobtrusive, they're there when you need them, not when you don't.
Al Fresco reception: At the Al Fresco reception, you'll find lots of information on things to do and see in the local area. There are toys and games to borrow if you've forgotten, or not had room to pack, things like tennis racquets, footballs or board games. If you like a good read on holiday, feel free to exchange books in our bookworm corner. There are also items like iron, ironing board, tea pot and a large stock pot that you're welcome to borrow
Extras
If you are flying or have a packed car, then make life easier by pre-booking linen packs, beach towels and baby packs (including cot, highchair and baby bath). Keep cool with pre-bookable air conditioning, available in all our mobile homes in Italy, Spain, Croatia and Southern France (Languedoc, Ardèche, Côte d'Azur, Aquitaine) from £1 per day.
