Time together
Quite simply, a Thomson Al Fresco holiday is about spending time together as a family.
It's about all fun-filled days exploring the local countryside, burying dad in the sand at the beach, splashing about in the fantastic tropical swimming pools together or taking a thrilling rollercoster ride at a nearby theme park. Then catch up on the day's events over some delicious char-grilled local delicacy with a barbeque outside your luxury mobile home or watch your little ones show off their dance moves at the mini disco.
Holidays in space
We also know that everyone needs their own space. For kids that means the freedom to explore and make news friends in the safety of the parc. For grown ups it could be a bike ride in the countryside, a little me-time being pampered in the spa or simply relaxing on a sunlounger whilst the children are playing in the pool.
If you've ever stayed in a hotel with the whole family crammed into one bedroom, you'll appreciate our spacious mobile homes with two or three bedrooms so there's plenty of room for everyone and all their stuff (not to mention a little more privacy!). What's more, mum and dad can enjoy a quiet evening on the decking with a nice bottle of wine once the kids are safely tucked up in bed. Bliss!
Great for couples
Al Fresco holidays are also brilliant for couples, especially outside of the school holidays when things tend to be a bit more relaxed. You can use the parc as a base for exploring some of the loveliest parts of Europe. You'll find tons of history, stunning scenery and delicious food and drink within easy reach of our family holiday parks.
Bring the grandparents
Unlike some of our competitors, we don't charge an extra adult supplement if there are more than two adults sharing a mobile home, perfect if you want to bring the grandparents along! On selected parcs and dates we also offer two mobile homes for the price of one, see special offers
